''How good does my photograph have to

Red eye and slight blemishes are OK, also backgrounds can be changed or removed. That is the beauty of art, providing the subject facial features are reasonable clear excellent watercolour or acrylic paintings will be produced. |

"Will you return my photograph"? |

Yes all original photographs will be returned with your painting. |

"Can I send you a copy of the photograph by E-mail"?

Yes but a high resolution copy is required, the higher the resolution the better. |

My prices are given on the Prices Page. For larger size commissions please contact me with the size of painting you require and your subject requirements.

"What is the largest size painting you would undertake"?

The largest commission undertaken to date was an oil painting 4 feet by 3 feet.

"How will my portrait be packaged"? |

Portraits as dispatched rolled in a tube, or in a re-enforced flat pack. |

"How long will it be once I place an order before I receive my painting"?

This will be dependent on work load. Portraits from photographs are dispatch within 14 to 28 days from acceptance of an order. Addresses outside the UK e.g. USA additional time for delivery can be up to 7 days from the dispatch date. |

"Will I be notified of the dispatch date"? |

All customers are kept fully informed by E-mail once an order has been placed and accepted.

"Will you frame my painting"? |

Yes, but only for paintings up to A3 size and and you would have to collect the painting. Eventually I am striving to set up a framing service for UK delivery (only) for frames up to A3 size. |

"What if I am not satisfied with my painting"? |

If in the unforeseen event that you are not fully satisfied with your painting it can be retuned to me. On receipt of the painting I will return a full refund. |
